BiCoastal Hills Consulting opened for business in early 2010. We hit the ground running with an established client base and long-term contracts in place. Our staff, both in-house and contract, are knowledgeable and professional – attuned to anticipating and meeting clients’ needs. Defining, refining and agreeing upon project requirements are the basis for a successful project. We’re all tired of analogies but think about painting a room. If you just start slapping on paint it’s going to peel off, turn ugly, make you unhappy and need to be redone long before it should. If, on the other hand, you take the time to clean, tape, repair and prime BEFORE you paint, you will have a finished product that will serve your needs for a long time. At BCH, we focus on finding out what our clients really need. We delve into long term objectives and underlying requirements. We help you realize what you really need and merge it with what you thought you needed to create the system that will work for you.
